1. Scope

These terms apply to Daylogin (com.earthonline.clock). Please read them and the app-specific privacy policy before use. Contact: proateak@gmail.com.

2. Service and access

Daylogin provides themed alarms, an in-app login ritual, speech broadcasts and ringtone previews and imports. You can create a local profile without a developer-operated online account. Minors should use the app with appropriate guidance from a parent or guardian.

3. System capabilities and reminders

System alarms require iOS 26 or later, an enabled alarm and system permission. Older systems, revoked permissions, a powered-off device and other system restrictions may affect reminders. Arrange suitable backup reminders for important events. Weather, city lookup and system voices depend on the relevant services, device and network, and may not always be available or accurate.

4. Content you provide

You retain the rights you already hold in your scripts and imported audio, and must have permission to use that content. Do not use the app to create, import or play content that infringes rights, is unlawful or harms others.

5. Software and audio rights

The app software, interface and developer-created content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Bundled third-party audio remains subject to its own licenses and creator credits. Use of the app does not transfer developer or third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Purchases and external services

Downloads and purchases through the App Store are subject to Apple platform, transaction and refund rules. External websites and Apple services are operated by their respective providers under their applicable terms.

7. Updates, ending use and statutory rights

We may update functionality and these terms, and show the revision date on this page. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
