1. Scope and contact
This policy applies only to Daylogin (app identifier com.earthonline.clock), maintained by NoRush. Other apps have their own policies. Contact: proateak@gmail.com.
2. Information stored on your device
Your codename, birthday, alarms, repeat days, selected sounds, check-in records, interface preferences, custom broadcast scripts and audio settings are stored on your device to provide these features. You choose imported audio through the system file picker; the app stores the required copy in its own storage. No online account is required.
3. Location and weather
With your permission, iOS location services provide a location for city lookup, weather and time zone settings. Accuracy depends on your system permissions. City, coordinates, time zone and a weather cache are stored locally. Apple WeatherKit and geocoding services process the necessary location parameters when you request weather or city information. You can manage location access in iOS settings; declining it does not prevent other features that do not rely on location.
4. Alarms and speech
System alarms use iOS alarm capabilities and require your permission. iOS processes the alarm schedule and necessary reminder content. Broadcasts use iOS speech synthesis; scripts and audio preferences are stored locally. The app does not request access to your microphone, contacts, photo library or health data.
5. Network and website access
On first launch, the app makes a normal request to its policy site before the welcome screen so iOS can handle applicable regional network permissions. iOS determines whether a prompt appears; onboarding does not require a successful network response to continue. When you visit the website or policy pages, your browser sends the IP address and browser request information necessary to deliver the page to the hosting server. The website stores a language preference on your device.
6. Services and information use
The current app does not include advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload profiles or custom content to a developer-operated server. Apple provides weather and location services under its relevant privacy terms. If you email us, your address, message and attachments you choose to provide are used to respond to your request. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Your choices and information management
Manage your profile, alarms, broadcasts and audio within the app, and location and alarm permissions in iOS settings. Deleting the app removes its local app data; system backups are managed through your device and backup settings. Support correspondence is retained for the time needed to answer and follow up on your request.
8. Updates
We update this page and its date when functionality or information handling changes, and provide appropriate notice for material changes. Contact proateak@gmail.com with questions.
