- Location Information: With your permission, we collect approximate location data (GPS and network-based). We use this data solely to provide real-time local weather updates and environmental information as part of your morning alarm broadcast.
- Technical Information: We collect Log Data including your device's IP address, device name, operating system version, and the time/date of your Service usage to ensure app stability and performance.
- Cookies & Tracking: This Service does not directly use "cookies." We may use third-party analytics tools (like Firebase) that use cookies or device identifiers to help us understand how you interact with the app. You can choose to accept or refuse these cookies and will be notified when a cookie is sent to your device. - Personalized Experience: To generate customized voice broadcasts that greet you by your Codename, wish you a happy Birthday, and provide the Weather Forecast based on your current location.
- Service Maintenance: To provide, analyze, and improve the functionality of EarthOnline Alarm Clock.
- Product Development: To conduct research and develop new features, such as smarter alarm triggers or improved voice synthesis.
- Safety & Security: To prevent fraud, protect the integrity of our systems, and comply with legal obligations.

- Location Services: You can opt-out of location sharing through your device settings at any time; however, this will disable the automatic weather update feature for your alarms.
- Profile Data: You can update or delete your Codename and Birthday directly within the app settings.

5. Data Retention
We retain your Personal Data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Services. Location data used for weather queries is typically processed in real-time and not stored permanently on our servers.

Our Services are not directed to, or intended for, children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you have reason to believe that a child under 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Services, please email us. We will investigate any notification and, if appropriate, delete the Personal Data from our systems.
